FAQs:
Can we take buggies/pushchairs into the caves?
Due to the number of steps and uneven terrain, buggies and small children need to be carried through the caves; you are welcome to use your buggy/pushchair everywhere else on site. We do hire out light weight buggies that are easy to carry around the caves and can be used everywhere else on site – to hire these please ask at the ticket desk on arrival (£10 refundable deposit required)
If we have experienced heavy rain fall, will the caves still be open or will they be flooded?
We are able to control the flow of water through the caves. Flooding is extremely rare and has only happened once in the past 10 years.
